Challenge

Driving Business

Emperks reached out to us for help refining an existing logo and brand strategy. After conducting a brand audit and researching the competitive landscape, we provided suggestions for best practices and direction. Upon signing off on the revised brand refresh, we mapped out the customer journey and user flow. Before designing the user interface, information architecture (IA) and task analysis were prepared.

Solution

Empowering Users

To test the market and understand user insights, we proposed building a rapid Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to determine the market’s interest and need. Within a week, we created a rapid prototype and tested it. We were able to gain some valuable insights from this and apply them to the next stage of the project.

Insuring Best Service

The client approved each page (desktop, tablet, and mobile) with live content before we began developing the website. In order to aid users in understanding what offers and discounts are available, an interactive map of tyres, services and insurance dealerships was created. It was developed in a way that made it easy for businesses to request a demo before signing up and for the client to update the platform when needed.

Result

Arriving at Destination

In order to drive interest and brand awareness, Emperks partnered with Circle K, a leader in the petroleum industry with over 450 stations. The integration of automated systems and existing applications helped minimise development time and costs while freeing up resources to market and onboard customers.
