Challenge
Launch and Attract
Aoife sought to launch her executive well-being programme with a new Brand and in a way that would attract the right level of client. She needed a Brand name and visual identity fleshed out across various digital touchpoints, including a new website. Aoife was also due to speak at a large conference and knew that announcing the new business there would be a great way to raise awareness, especially in a crowded market where it can be traditionally difficult to stand out.

Solution
Leading with Vitality
We carried out a Brand Name Generation workshop in the first instance to create a new name for the business that we could build around. Juvelo, a play on the word “rejeuvenate” fitted well with the concept of rejuvenation science that is applied via the course. It also brings together the individual words “Juve”, meaning youthful, “Velo” meaning cycle and “Lo”, which is an exclamation used to draw attention to an interesting or amazing event. The Brand Identity we then created drew on this, using vibrant colours and text throughout, while maintaining a professional tone of voice and structure that would appeal to the target audience.

Reclaiming Radiance
Our BrandFreak workshop also revealed an opportunity to create a lead product, something that would appeal to both business leaders and teams, providing a natural lead-in to a wider monthly commitment with one of Juvelo’s well-being programmes. The Radiance Report, as it would become known, provided a personalised blueprint of how Aoife would work with any client over several months and a chance to demonstrate the extent to which executive coaching can help with performance.
Result
Leadership Potential Unlocked
The new brand and website launched just in time for Aoife’s keynote, creating buzz during and after the event. Polished touchpoints gave Juvelo the credibility of an established brand from day one. The Radiance Report sparked client interest and speaking invites, becoming a springboard for long-term growth.
