Challenge
Obsolete Branding
QuantumHR was already growing rapidly as a business and developing exciting new partnerships. They needed a new Brand and website that would position them more effectively and better explain how they bridge the gap between HR needs and digital solutions to prospective clients. Their previous Brand and messaging didn’t fully explain their service offering and how they manage digital transformation projects end-to-end. The website was dated in terms of both content and design, missing the right level of detail on Services or a News section where they could showcase the kind of thought leadership they display regularly when engaging with businesses. This lack of credibility across various digital touchpoints was beginning to have an impact on lead generation.

Solution
Brand Transformation
Following our BrandFreak workshop, we outlined a solution that would give QuantumHR a Brand that would give them the credibility they desired, while creating a Vision for the future to match the pace of their growth. The new Brand Identity included simple, but effective sub-brands for each service (QuantumAudit, QuantumPM, QuantumDigital and QuantumAi) that would help to explain the level of systems and processes they brought to bear when implementing a digital transformation project.

Optimised Content
The BrandFreak report we presented also provided us with a brief for the design of the website and other branded assets. We looked at Tone of Voice and Messaging Examples and, once approved, we combined with the StoryBrand framework, using AI to generate suggested content for all website pages. Designing with the content in mind allowed us to work intensively to create a new brochure website, allowing QuantumHR to focus on gathering Thought Leadership articles. New Brand collateral, including social assets were then designed to create a seamless experience across all digital touchpoints.
Result
HR Empowered
The new Brand Identity was launched across all digital touchpoints, receiving extremely positive feedback from both new and existing clients. They also now have a user-friendly Content Management System (via Webflow) that they can use to evolve their presence online and further establish themselves as thought leaders. Most importantly, the vision created during the BrandFreak report has provided a QuantumHR with something they can step into and a platform to help achieve even higher levels of growth and success in the future.
