Challenge

Transitioning like a Pro

Eunice has many years’ experience in business, leading sales in the corporate world and was keen to share this within a coaching programme that would make the personal and professional lives of participants less chaotic. The current branding and content was outdated and inconsistent between the offerings for individuals and businesses. At the same time, she had an idea for standing out at her corporate events by gifting cookies to attendees, that were made using an old family recipe.

Solution

Chaos to Clarity

Following our BrandFreak workshop, we were able to create to identify several opportunities to bring together all offerings, along with EPIC GEMs, the new name we proposed for the cookie product. Going forward, there was to be a strong sense of personal branding that reflected Eunice and her values,effectively allowing the brand to grow around her. We created a new Brand Strategy that included a breakdown of various target audiences and messaging examples for each. Vibrant creative played a major role in the design process,as we rolled out the new Brand across website and various digital touchpoints.

Savouring Life’s Moments

When it came to the new EPIC Gems cookies, we treated thisas a product within its own right – carrying out a separate Brand Strategyworkshop and focusing the experience customers would have when eating thecookies. Once we had finalised this (and eaten our way through quite a fewsamples!), we moved to Brand Identity, creating a premium logo and even morevibrant packaging for the cookies, then helping Eunice to source printers onboth sides of the Atlantic. Following this, we created a website that both allowedcustomers to buy the cookies for their own corporate events and cross-promotedthe EPIC coaching programme.

Result

A Unique Experience

The new Brands complemented each other well and werereceived positively at corporate events as they were rolled out by Eunice,while the EPIC Gems cookies helped to make the impression last. EPIC Gemscookies have now featured in several conferences, in the USA, Spain andIreland, with a growing number of orders from people who want to make their owncorporate events special. Meanwhile, the new messaging we created has brought asense of clarity in terms of the offering, helping more qualified leads to comefor the coaching programmes.
